My approach

I grew up in a family that never let a moment go unrecorded. My dad was the king of the home video and my mom carried her Minolta everywhere she went. I went to college for speech pathology and came out a photographer instead, which surprised nobody who knew what was already in my hands most weekends.

Eight years and close to 300 weddings later, I still build every part of this business around the way my dad worked. He was the hardest working man I have ever known, and he served people before he served himself. That is the standard I hold myself to on your wedding day.

Three things carry the day: time, intentionality and trust. We build your timeline together two weeks out so nothing has to be rushed. We get on a discovery call first so we are not strangers. And once we know each other, you get to be present at your own wedding while I notice everything happening around you.

I shoot digital and film side by side, and I refuse to choose between candid and editorial. You should have both. Your photos should look like art, and they should still look like you.
